The Taxpayer Registration-Related Application (TRRA) Portal is an alternative option in submitting application for registration-related transactions to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). The application is submitted electronically through this portal via email. Taxpayer-applicants shall prepare all scanned copy of required documents to be attached and email them to the concerned BIR Revenue District Office (RDO).


How to Submit Application through TRRA

Attach all required documents in the email and submit to the email address of the concerned RDO.

Where to Submit

Enter your residence address or address where the property is located in case of One-Time Transaction (ONETT) involving the sale of real property, to determine the email address of the RDO where the application shall be submitted.

Step 4

Receive an email for the status of your application.

An email notification will be sent to the email address that you indicated in your application form once application has been successfully processed or the BIR officer shall contact you in case of any incomplete requirements, issues or concerns in your application.
