eComplaint Other Complaint
Other Complaint are complaints not directly classified under the NO-OR, R.A.T.E. and Disiplina programs but related to BIR transactions or services such as non-availability of BIR Forms, TIN Cards, etc.
Refers to a complaint facilty under the BIR’s eComplaint System which shall be utilized by clients with issues, concerns and complaints other than those specifically described in the sub-systems included. This sub-sytem complaint shall be solely handled and monitored by the Client Support Service. Its main feature contains a general complaint form where taxpayers log-in their concerns with mandatory field on the client’s name and email address, purposely for the delivery of responses/reply.
