Verify that you are online by trying to access other sites (eg. http://www.yahoo.com)/

Clear out your History and your Temporary Internet Files. The reason for this is because too many of these files can cause the browser to become corrupted. You should clear these out about every 2-3 months. History usually clears itself out every 20 days.

  • Select Tools->Internet Options
  • Select General Tab
  • Click Delete Files. This will clear out your Temporary Internet Files.
  • Click on Clear History. This will clear out your History.
  • Click on OK.

    Refresh Your Browser

    If you have tried all of these things and the problem still persists, check the following browser configuration.

  • Select Tools->Internet Options
  • Select Security Tab.  Be sure that your browser Security Level is set to Default Level - Medium
  • Select Advance Tab.  Be sure that all items under Security Node is checked
  • Click on OK.

    If problem still persists, goto Help->About Internet Explorer Cipher Strength should be 128 bits, if it is not, then please click on (Update Information)

    A new window will be opened. On this window click on NEXT button

    In the agreement page click on I AGREE button.

    On the next page click on the blue DOWNLOAD

    On the file download dialog box, check the option for run this program from its current location. And click OK button.

    Answer YES for the next question and for restart your computer.
